Windows OS provides a simple and small software utility called Keyboard Tweaker (a simple program which runs in the background of Windows OS) which helps us tweak our keyboard shortcuts.To get product key for this keyboard tweaker a little bit difficult because the website asks to wait for particular time and asks to register. Keyboard tweaker allows to add shortcuts for URL, Applications , Email even for any file. Keyboard combinations that are offered by keyboard tweaker are to combine Alt, Control and Shift with a key on the computer keyboard. After adding shortcuts just click apply button.
