Look and Feel
The phone is decent looking with curve edges, buttons located at the correct positions to make it easier to use and navigate. Lava has offered IML in mold labeling for the back cover protection thus making Iris 406Q scratch resistant.Display and Features
Iris 406Q is a dual SIM smart phone, the screen is 4 inch WVGA capacitive touch infused with Twisted Nematic display technology. The resolution boasts of 800x600 pixels.The connectivity offered is all the available connectivity options such as Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi, 3G and GPS.
The operating system is coupled with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean which is soon to be upgraded to 4.4 KitKat upgrade.
Features like battery Guru are nice tools available to enhance battery life and Audio Plus gives a surround sound to the phone with a wider bass and 3D effect while wearing headphones.
Camera
The camera is a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash, zero shutter lag, 4X digital zoom, a high performance HDR and a VGA snapper at the front for video calling perspectives.It contains 5MP rear camera (with LED flash, HDR mode, 4x digital zoom, HD video recording) and 0.3 megapixel VGA front-facing camera. Given the price we consider camera pictures really good.
